I chose to read the book because I've always been curious as to how one might really take advantage of the home buying experience years after the transaction. Mr. Fuller did a solid job of explaining the before and after steps involved in the process. There are tons of resources on book shelves and this should most definitely be one of them.
The timing of this book was perfect. I am in the process of purchasing a home. This is not the first home I've purchased, but with this book I am a lot more knowledgeable in reference to the process and what I need to do and look for in a mortgage. I always thought a mortgage was something you were given, not something you shop for. I recommend this for anyone who is in the homebuying process. You will get a lot of information in terms that make sense to the average person. WELL DONE!!
